eSIM.shop sells digital eSIM plans that allow compatible devices to access mobile data on partner networks in supported destinations. Coverage, speeds, and availability depend on local partner networks and conditions.

• You must be able to form a legally binding contract where you live.
• You are responsible for entering a valid delivery email address and keeping your order info safe.
• Device compatibility and correct installation are your responsibility.

• Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time.
• Payment is processed by a third‑party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

eSIMs are delivered digitally (typically via email and/or your dashboard). If you do not receive delivery, contact support with your order ID.

• Install using Wi‑Fi where possible.
• Activation rules depend on the plan (some start on installation, others on first network connection in destination).
• Most eSIMs are intended for one device at a time.

• If an eSIM is not installed/activated, refunds may be available (subject to review).
• Once activated/used, refunds are typically not available.
• If something went wrong, contact support first before filing a chargeback.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage, specific speeds, or availability in all locations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSIM.shop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of GLOBAL , without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue/jurisdiction: GLOBAL.
